At Future Trend LLC, I built the FGIC Employee Attendance & Workforce Tracking System for a UAE Government entity. The project brought attendance and workforce monitoring into a cross-platform mobile application, with an emphasis on reporting transparency and monitoring accuracy.
The operational problem
Workforce monitoring depends on timely attendance information and clear field reporting. The application’s purpose was to connect mobile attendance workflows with the organization’s backend systems, making workforce activity easier to track and review.
The mobile solution
I developed the solution with Flutter and Dart, with Firebase in the technology stack. The application integrated real-time tracking and backend systems to support attendance recording and workforce visibility across a mobile interface.
My contribution
My work focused on building the mobile attendance and workforce tracking system within my Android and Flutter engineering role. The wider role also involved client requirements, delivery planning, UAT support and application deployments, as described in my portfolio experience.
Engineering context
This project sits alongside my enterprise mobile work: translating operational requirements into interfaces that people can use in the field. The emphasis was on making workforce information accessible through a cross-platform application and improving the transparency of reporting.
Outcome and scope
The delivered system improved monitoring accuracy and reporting transparency. I do not publish internal government records, private application data or unverified numerical performance claims here. This overview describes the project scope and my contribution without exposing operational details.
